The sequence we move through

Here’s how we stay in sync so nothing slows us down.

Project communication

For all design projects, you’ll be working closely with our project manager, Bethany. Deliverables and feedback checkpoints will arrive in your inbox. We’ve also set up a Slack channel where you can voicenote or DM midnight revelations or questions in between checkpoints.

Response times

We’ll do our best to respond to you within 48 hours during Monday–Friday business hours.

Feedback

We request that you also do your best to respond to feedback checkpoints within 48 hours so we can stay in sync and aligned with our timeline.

Revisions

Your project generally includes ONE dedicated round of revisions after the initial delivery. The more specific your feedback, the faster and more aligned we can make updates. We love hearing what you loved just as much as what you want to change. Don’t be afraid to tell us what you really think — we ultimately want you to have final work that you love, and feedback is a very important part of that process.

After your project is done

Once your final files are in your hands, you have everything you need to start showing up in your brand’s next evolution. And if you find yourself wanting a brand, website, or graphic designs to match your brand identity, we’d love to help with those too — just reach out and we’ll talk through your options. We’re always here if you need anything down the road.
